VBScript runtime error

I am getting error code 500 when I run E-bay on one of my user accounts. My operating software is XP prof. The message reads "ebpages is undefined". When I run the debugger Script Editor it brings up a read only version of the file. Can anyone tell me how I repair this. Thanks in advance.
