Any Idea why my McAfee Virus Scan would quarenty a .VBS?? file? Here is the
exact path from their log? It's encrypted so McAfee won't read it and Im
concerned that it might be something bad. I just installed Windows XP Pro
and am really new to this stuff.4/17/2006 5:30:27 PM Not scanned (The file
is encrypted) c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\McAfee.com\Agent\News\valert.ui\CMNIDS.VBS Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks

VBS files can be extremely dangerous. You should never run a VBS unless it
is from a trusted source and you know what it is going to do.

Post to microsoft.public.security.virus , giving the same information.
What you have may be malware, and you need to get this sorted.
