I have gotten a script that someone in our school district put together to
add all days off for holidays - early dismissals etc and I wanted to modify
that to include the 6 other surrounding districts and multiple other dates
pertinant to our office.

What is the easiest way to modify this script?
Do I have to add/define dictionary objects to reflect the new dates?
Once this is done and run on a users outlook will it over write duplicate
entries or will the user have 2 identical entries?
Can I add a line about not creating dup's, or can I modify the current
script to delete all entries from this day forward and then run the second
one to add all 7 districts information?

Without seeing the script, its hard to say what will happen but generally,
outlook will create duplicates unless you tell it not to.

If you use the same format as Outlook's Add Holiday feature, it will create
duplicates if the appointment exist.

(where should I send it) and how can I tell it not to do dups?

Thanks!
