.vbs files

somehow in my system they got associated with Xing MPEG player.!
how to correct this error?
btw what program runs these files?

hi doug!
i did go to your site and found the fix there. but i let this stand because
, i felt that it will benefit others and there may be other solutions also
available. thanks a lot.

PS: as i might have told you earlier, being in india and having no credit
card , i have not been able to send any donations to juvenile Diabetic
association but i have been seeing 4 young diabetics for free for the last 8
months or so. And i promised to take care of them for as long as it takes.

What you're doing for those 4 children is more than enough!! And it is
greatly appreciated.

There are other ways of fixing this problem. In Windows Explorer, you can
go to Tools, Folder Options, File Types. Locate the VBS file extension and
click the Change button. Choose Microsoft Windows Based Script Host.

Or you can choose the Advanced button and change the selections there.

The REG file on my site simply restores the defaults for each of the
settings, from a clean XP system, in one quick step.
