vba v forms coding

Hi,

Can someone explain the difference between Access 'database forms coding'
versus Access 'programming vba' newsgroups? To me it is the same - unless the
former focusses on macros perhaps?

I try to post to correct forums, and after a search / browse, that's all.

Thanks

You'll probably get different opinions on this, but I think
the VBA programming groups covers all kinds of VBA stuff,
including some form coding. The forms coding group focuses
primarily on form related programming. OTOH, the reports
group deals with all things about reports, including reports
coding.

Keep in mind that the object models involved are at least as
important as the programming language so the groups are
vaguely tied to the object that the coding is trying to
manipulate. You should be able to get a feel for the
differences after some period of time reading the various
groups.
