VBA to send ppt to second display

I'm creating a presentation (ppt 2007) for someone else who has a second
monitor, and I want to force the ppt to run on that second monitor. However I
only have one monitor at present.

Is there a piece of VBA I can drop in to force the command? It's disabled on
single monitor setups.

I had a feeling that would be the answer but I was erring on the side of
optimism.
