VBA to save Outlook emails as text file

Hi all I am trying to get run a script on an MS outlook rule that can save the email (not the attachment) as a text file.
if i step through it I want to
  • Create a rule that runs a script (i know how to create a rule and point it to a script)
  • Save the emails with the word urgent in the subject as a text file on disk (this I dont know how to do
  • run my executable file (I know how to do this bit)

Please help as this is now driving me crazy.

I know little of VBA and even less when related to Outlook, but there are earlier forum posts pointing to this as a possible solution. Good luck!
