VBA refuses to open

I wish to post this to all access groups to have suggestions as to how I can
resolve my database problems:

The VBA windows refuses to open when I try to write code for events in a
form. I have also been noticing that some forms refuse to open and Access
2000 sometimes refuses to close easily when I am in such a situation. I also
often get Dr Watson errors. when I try to export to another empty database,
It will import the forms alright, but then it would be accompanied by a
"Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library" error
message. and I know I did not give any such name to another object. What do
you think is happening here?

An immediate response would surely be appreciated.

That list is very excessive and was posted to many irrelevant
newsgroups. Followups to this posting and my reply have been trimmed
to just m.p.access.
