VBA Error Handling and Documenter Add-Ins for Access

Once again I have lost track of where to find the Error Handling and
Documenter VBA add-ins for Access. If I recall they are where ever the
Packaging and Deployment Wizard is located too. It seems that whenever I
create a new user on my system these features are not available, but must be
reinstalled.

Would someone be so kind as to throw me a bone as to which disk this stuff
is on? (I have the Universal MSDN)
