VBA code - Access 2007

I'm new to coding but I was wonder if it's possilble to use VBA access coding to open a form based on a table result. My form (frm-Labrpt) has a field OrgID. If the OrgID has a result of 8, 197, etc. I would like it open frmNDRinfo to enter information about the OrgID. Thanks
