For some reason the vba feature is disabled. Alt-F11 doesn't work
anymore. This after a crash and reboot of outlook
How do I enable vba again? I know there was a message with instructions
before it was disabled, but I can't remember the message.
Thanks

It took me a long time, but eventually I found the solution myself.
Ones you know it's easy. There is button called "disabled items" in the
About(help) dialog window of Outlook

The only thing I had to do was enable the VBA add-in. Easy but you've
got to known.

Far be it that they're be a menu option under Tools>Macros. I spent a
couple weeks with VBA disabled because I couldn't figure out the problem
even to the point of installing & reinstalling Outlook. I have half the
mind to break into Billy's office and disable his Outlook VBA add-in.
