VB2005 Express Charting

Dear Developers,

Is it possible to create charts using VB2005 Express Edition or do I
need the real thing ?

I am trying to develop a charting system that works with day end figures
and would welcome your suggestions.

I would like the system to do the following:

1. automatically retrieve day end price (opening, closing, high, low &
volume) via a web service and store the info on my database (MySQL).

2. Extract data from my database and display it as a chart.

Frederic,

I don't see any reason why you could not us VB2005 Express.

However not for your webservice for that your need another tool.

It seems strange for me that you want to use MySQL while there is the free
SQLExpress, that fits seemless with the other Express products.
