VB with MSN Messenger

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate an application with MSN's Messenger service,
such that the application can show whether a user is online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The online form to express interest in MSN Messenger integration is at
http://messenger.msn.com/partners/certification. If you get excepted as
part of the program, I would guess there would be an SDK available.
