VB .NET Image Save

Hi,
I need to save an image object in a file.I am working in Vb.NEt CF.
The CF does not supports this image.save() method. Does anyone know
how can i save this image object in a file?
What can be the workarounds?

The code that can be obtained at the link below is in C# but you should be
able to either translate this to VB or compile this as a class library that
you can then use from VB.
