vb.net and Lotus Notes 6

I am trying to get a list of contacts from my local address book that's
stored in Lotus Notes. But I have no idea where to start. Lotus Notes
exposes one COM object that's difficult to decipher, but that's about it.

Can someone point me to the right location?

You could get the ODBC driver for Notes and simply access it that way
