I am running Access2002 under XP Pro. The Visual Basic
editor says version 6.3 and Access says it has SP-2
installed.
When I am in the VB editor, my mouse wheel does not
scroll the text. I have to use those 'old fashioned'
scroll bars and arrows on the window's edge. Is it just
me - do I have some quirky flag set someplace - or is
this usual?
Also, when help first opens, if I type something
incorrect in the Answer Wizard's input box, the backspace
key has no effect. I must click, drag, and highlight the
mistake and overwrite. I couldn't say for certain that
this happens every time, but often. I also can't say if
it happens in both VB help and Access help, but it drove
me crazy today so I wrote. And, on occasion, when help
first opens, the whole help application locks up (must
use task manager to close).
Again, just me or is this experienced by others? In
general, I have a really stable box so that makes me
think it may be software related in stead of hardware/OS.
Thanks,
