I currently have the learning edition of VB6 but want to
use MSCOMM. To use it I need the MSCOMM32.OCX which Ihave
but I need the vbctrls.reg in order to register it
properly. Is this available from anywhere?

If not does vb.net standard eddition support MSCOMM?

Have a look at the group name. This is a VB.NET ("dotnet") language group.
Older VB versions are handled at the microsoft.public.vb.* groups.

Sorry, I didn't read the vb.net part. Simply ignore me... :-/

Pity you cant read. The first qustion is regarding vb,
probally people who have migrated might know the answer
to the question. However the second question is
regarding .net, yes dotnet. Thats right dotnet, pity your
so interested in your self ego to read the question.

Never mind maybe a more considerate person might answer
the question.

Thank You

Better: "Ignore my message"... IMO it's not a good idea
to ignore you...
