VB 6 and .NET on single machine

Hi,
Does VB 6 and .Net work on same machine without problems?

Yes, but I think you can run into problems if you install VS 6 after .NET.
I would install VB6 and service Pack 5 before I start a .NET install on the
same machine.

I recently had to reinstall VB6 after having it off the system for several
months (heavenly time that was), and it caused me no problems with VS.NET
2003.
Are there known issues?
 
Don't know about 2003 specifically but I've heard developers complain about
installing VS6 and service pack 5 after VS.NET. It's just what I've heard. I
haven't experienced it myself but have always made a point to install .NET
afterwards to avoid any complications.
