I recently had to reinstall VB6 after having it off the system for several
months (heavenly time that was), and it caused me no problems with VS.NET
2003.

Don't know about 2003 specifically but I've heard developers complain about
installing VS6 and service pack 5 after VS.NET. It's just what I've heard. I
haven't experienced it myself but have always made a point to install .NET
afterwards to avoid any complications.
