VB 2005 code in VBS files?

does anyone know how I can cut and paste VB 2005 code into a VBS file?
I am kindof dissapointed that this won't work

Then seriously consider learning the difference between a scripting language
and a programming language.

things just 'used to work' when vb6 was around.

a programming language is _NOT_ different than a scripting language.

all I've seen is that VB 2005 is _1/4_ the solution that Vb 6 _IS_

language and now I need FOUR.

Aaron, you're right, you *don't* get it. And you don't get over it. When
we've all moved on to VB#, you'll still be here whining about VB6 going
away.

I have plenty inititive and motivation.

STOOPING TO .NET IS NOT WORTHWHILE.

I'll just stay busy in my database world and constantly reccomend that
people move to dreamweaver, PHP and mySql
 
there is no difference between VBS, VB6, VB5 and VBA.

anyone that tells you otherwise is a VISUAL STUDIO _FAG_ that doesn't
know how to calculate ROI

That was pretty good. That one got *3* responses. Not quite as good as that

anyone that says that there is a difference between VBA and VBS and
ActiveX scripts and VB6 and VB5 is trying to sell you something

and a company that sells you a solution for 1/4 of the market of VB6
is _WORTHLESS_AT_BEST_

why am I hear BITCHING?

because I finally realized how hopeless it was to fight in the MS
Access channel and I finally gave up on that sinking ship.

they stuck with DAO; even though it is a walking, breathing memory
leak.

IVE BEEN SELLING DAO-> ADO UPGRADES FOR TEN YEARS AND NOW THEY BRING

Other then superficial simularities - no they aren't. JavaScript was invented
at Netscape, back when Navigator was the thing. They only called it
JavaScript because of it's superficial simularity to Sun's Java Language and
they thought it would make it more popular. It worked - even today people are
confused. The fact is JavaScript is NOT Java - period.
 
who gives a crap about whether is was sun or netscape; either way it
is irrelevent; and I will never use javascript or ASP.net because it
doesn't support clientside vbscript

MS had the goose egg-- they had one language-- ONE RING TO RULE THEM
