I'm setting up our company's payroll schedule for 2004.
We pay our employees on the 10th and 25th of each month.
Because many of our employees are paid commission, the
department managers must submit the payroll info for
their departments before each payroll is processed. I
need the info a couple of days before each payroll.
These days vary because of weekends and holidays.
Question -- Is it possible to set up a task or event in
Outlook that recurs at different intervals. For
instance, if I create a task, can I have it occur on the
10th and 20th of January, then the 13th and 22nd of
February, and so on?
I would like to create the task, then email it to the
department managers, so they can put it in their
Outlook. Unfortunately, some of them tend to foget about
turning in their info. I figured it would be easier to
send it to them as one recurring task, rather than 24
individual tasks. Thanks a lot.
