Various Windows Vista Builds

I've seen that there are newer Vista builds available (I have RC1b5600) and
RC2 is out as well. Is RC2 only available to MSDN subscribers (I read
something about that) and if so, will it eventually be available to the
general public? And if I wanted a newer build of RC1, is there an update I
can perform through something similar to a Service Pack, or do I have to
download the entire ISO again and do an upgrade install that way? And
regardless of anything, are there any significant differences from RC1 and
RC2, and between the different available builds?

Thanks for any information in advance,
- Aaron Lindsay

RC2 was out for public download so you should have been informed as a public
beta tester of the update. I am not sure if it's still available but RC2 is
much better. There was a later build available but not on general release.

There will be no more public releases until the product ships - end of
November for Corporates and public in the New Year I believe.
