various web page windows not opening

still having the same problem with certain windows being blocked with a
little "x" in the left hand corner. i have norton anti virus w/no pop up
blocker and when i right click on an empty space on a web page i dont have
the option to to click norton internet security. i have disabled all of my
pop up blockers (google yahoo and on my internet options. i dont know what
to do, do even want to use internet anymore... please help me

While it's not a quick or easy method, if you take a look here and follow
all the troubleshooting steps you can likely get this figured out:
