Hello.
IE Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 on Win XP Pro SP2.
When i vist these newsgroups, i have a hard time trying to enter them. If i
just click on the newsgroup once, i can see the progress bar move very slowly
until finally it i get "Sorry, the page you requested is not available".
What i have to do to get the newsgroup to display it's threads(and i don't
know how i discovered this), is to constantly click on the newsgroup i want
until it finally diaplys the threads. Tha'ts the only way i can do it.
Can anybody explain why that happens ?
Another problem i have is trying to position the different windows when i
use these newsgroups. When i come here, the newsgroups are divided into
three sections. If i drag the vertical line to the right of the center
section (the replies section), it sits there for a few seconds and
immediately goes back to it's original position. I can't expand that center
section permanently.
Does anybody else have these problems ?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony
