I have a report, which needs what is probably a subreport in the footer.

This subreport needs to show the various consultants on the project, their
area of consulting, and their city and state. We currently do this (manually,
in WordPerfect) spaced out across the bottom of the page. Each consultant
has three lines which are lined up with each other. There are a varying
number of consultants on each job.

Do I have to write separate reports, depending on how many consultants there
are, and space them out accordingly?

Or is there some clever way to do this?

Ideally, I want to automate this whole report so that once the necessary
information is in the database, we can push a button, preview the report and
print it. Do I have to tell them it can't look the way it always has?

Thanks.
