Variable Doesnot exist in ENV but the o/s still reads

Hi All,

I installed Jbuilder on my PC but the removed all the files since uninstall option was taking too long and my system
was getting hanged.
Now when I am trying to run java program it is looking in the Jbuilder folder which does not exist.
How to get rid of it .
Please suggest.
