VAMP Media Center is a freeware multimedia suite including:
- Audio Player,
- Media Organizer for your images, videos & music files,
- Slide Show builder,
- Screen Saver maker,
- Wallpaper maker and changer,
- Media Mixer for mixing music files with visual files (images &
videos),
- Greetings Card maker,
- Clip Editor (musical slideshow),
- Calendar maker.

VAMP is fully integrated and Internet aware. You can send your
creations to friends. They can enjoy them without having to download
VAMP.

VAMP also has a Photo Sharing online service. It allows you to start
or join photo groups and share pictures. You can upload images for
other to view and they can be delivered automatically to other group
members' PC. There are currently more than 60,000 photos organized in
more than 1300 online Photo Albums.

I am using it for ages - nothing suspicious. Updated frequently, good
user support, pretty cool.

I even asked them why they are freeware - you can see their answer in
the forum:
