hi ive looked all over for this but can find what im looking for 
cell b1 has a count if forumula =COUNTIF(B2:B17,"ah") i need a validation so that cell b1 does not go over 10 and if it deos give a warning. cell a1 has Conditional Formatting but the department still book holidays above the level so i need a warning and help with the validation on cell b1 with whole number between 1-10 but it still lets you go over
any help on this would be great
