validation errors

In my table if a certain field is marked "YES" then the date should not be
blank. The validation rule is triggered at the end of the row but when a
date is entered into the date field, I still receive the validation text
error. Please help. The validation rule and text are listed below.

("FINDIS")="YES" And ("FINDISDT") Is Null
PLEASE FILL IN THE DATE THE FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE WAS SIGNED.

This validation rule is comparing the literal text "FINDIS" to the literal
text "YES", and the literal text "FINDISDT" to Null. Both conditions will,
of course, always be false. Replace the quotes with square brackets to tell
Access that these are field names, not literal text.
