validate

I have a table that lists department numbers. I need to
compare employees that are only part of these certain
department numbers. I would like to validate the
department numnbers and then campare the entire
department to see which employees are part of the
departments I am tracking and get a message that tells me
the ones that are not.

Any help woulb be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide sample data and results? And some info about the table
structures and how the tables are related to each other?

It's not easy to tell from what you've posted exactly what you want to do.
