Actually those links could be useful. Simply insert them into your
hosts file, with a destination of 127.0.0.1, and you won't
accidentally access them in the future.

hosts file, with a destination of 127.0.0.1, and you won't
accidentally access them in the future.
They are essentially generic file hosting 'sites, one of the
users uploads this file and links it- does not bear on other
users or files hosted so there is no need to block the
entire site(s). Like so many other things, there is a
legitimate use as well as those who abuse it.
