When I craete a V-card in outlook (Office XP version) all
my emails go with it and the recipient can look at them
when he goes in "Activitie" in the vcard I sent.

I suspect that somewhere in outlook I have linked these
emails to my name as a contact and this is where the
problem lies.

Can someone help me de-link all this stuff?

Al I want to send out is my name, address phone, fax and
email.

TRhanks for your help!

You can simply stop worrying about it and send the vcard. The Activities view shows the related items on **your** machine and is built dynamically. If you looked at a vCard in NotePad, you'd see it contains no linking information.

Thanks for your prompt reply Sue,

I was hoping that this is true but I sent a test vcard to
my friend and he told me that he can read everything!

This is for real, I must have messed up something somehow

No, you haven't messed up. What he can read are the items in *****his***** folders, i..e. all his correspondence with you stored locally by design. That's exactly what the Activities tab does -- shows you *your* data and shows him *his* data. It does not show him your data or vice versas.

OK, THANK YOU!

I will question my friend again and I am sure that you
must be right!
