V Cache

In xp, as in previous versions of windows, the V or disk cache is dymanic.
In the past, I found that things run a bit faster if I set a size... its
not that I want to make it smaller, I have lots of ram. Just want the
resizing to stop. Does the old VCache command in System.ini file still
work?
