Look for "Accessibility Options" in control panel. There's a "MouseKeys"
option to do that.

you'd love ratpoison and ion3 window managers for unix. the latter can
be controlled via mouse and/or keyboard. very sweet.

i'm searching for something that is similar on windows. ideally i'd
have a bunch of full-screen apps and switch with alt-right and alt-left
like in Ion. i guess i could do something similar in Explorer, but an
alternative shell could do it better. cygwin doesn't function well in
fullscreen mode, and the window manager probably wouldn't compile
without mods.

Maybe the blackBox for Windows shell can give it? BBLean is improved.

some bugs. The beta is very stable.

Mousekeys is provided in the W98se Accessibility features - the numeric
keypad is used to move the (mouse) cursor and nearby keys do things too.
Now I'd be extremely surprised if this feature has been left out of XP.
