I am looking for a utiltiy which I can use to transfer my outlook outboxx to my windows mobile outlook outbox . Any one know if such a utiltiy or how to implement one using VBA?

Welcome to PCR, you can use OMM for Windows 6.1 for Mobile or depending on what mobile you have and what software came with it, you can do a pim transfer..
