www.httrack.com

(At least in an earlier version) lets you define which extensions
to download and which to ignore.

user defined filters, integrates with several download managers, and no
install...

Hello All.

I use a freeware program called Webreaper. It allows the user to define
filters so that certain objects are downloaded while others are not.
