Utility To Copy Share and Files Permissions Across Volumes

Hello,

Is there such a utility to help copy vast amounts of shared folders and
files across volumes, retaining all permissions - share permissions and file
permissions?

I know xcopy works no problem for file permissions, but not for share level
permissions.

Not really, but shares and their permissions are stored in a registry key
that you can export, and then import on another server, see this MS

Robocopy will do that. It's in the Resource Kit.
