I accidently started the Utility manager and cannot get
rid of it. I can no more type letter u or b without having
that window coming up while a techno annoyin voice is
describing everything hapening on screen. I had to use
character map and copy-paste to type this message!

Please help!

The keyboard shortcut to util manager is Win-U, perhaps you have a keyboard
or keyboard driver problem. Does Rebooting help?
