Some of my XP Pro shell extensions seem to be playing hide and seek or
behaving inconsistently recently (WinRAR & IZARC eg, though both co-existed
happily until last week). I'd like something to restore XP (Pro preferably,
but ....) shell extensions to system installation defaults. Ideally one
that can remove extensions on a save/restore basis. Oh yes PLEASE

In passing, I'm a sucker for "handy" extensions. Would there be some limit
to the number tolerated by XP? My registry is nowhere near it's notional
maximum size, but perhaps some individual sub-key has

Any info much appreciated. This is my main prob right now. Could be worse,
but I suspect ACF leads many of us into the paths of Utilititis. Too many
clever buggers out there pushing their filthy (But reliable and
indispensable) software. Sigh :)

Another one for the list?

Hey, that's cheating. No recruiting allowed.

I've already witnessed, in one group I used to read (a.u-e), how You People
like to seize position of dominant presence. (Got to be on guard for these
things.)

I surrender. What have I fallen into, over or through? And leave the Welsh
out of it. I'm a dolph... Sorry. It's the Celtic Twilight Zone effect. Have
I accidentally become a troll? If it was a thick question, fair enough.
I'll take it as answered, but I'm not sure about extending thanks for this
ray of enlightenment

Who are the other 2 from Cardigan Bay?
