USNCreated is unique even if object gets deleted ?

HI,

I want to know two things.

Is USNCreated attribute guaranteed to be unchanged &
unique even after object is deleted ?

How can the ObjectGUID attribute be retrieved
properly.Using LDAP SDK when I do that it gets truncated
to something like "ª}-$?TATê<Pܽö".

Let me know if there are any conversion functions
available ?
