Using Work Bench 2008 to install XP3 / Getting a "memory could not

When installing the LTI ISO image I created, all other programs seem to
install fine, except for Microsoft Office 2007, and Mcaffee Virusscan. The
similiar error I get for all this application is this:

The instructions at "0x287af81" refrenced memory at "0x00a38489". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Then it locks up finishing installing and I have to manually say okay to the
error. The memory refrence may be different but it seems it caused by the
same problem.

I am installing using passive mode " *****.exe /passive"

Any thoughts would be helpfull.

These type of message may tend to indicate a driver that causes this
problem.
 
Thanks. It gives me an avenue to troubleshoot this thing. It been driving
me nuts.
