I am trying to figure out why (with Outlook 2002)when you
go into options under tools, then go into Mail Format and
put a check in the box for Use Microsoft Word to edit e-
mail messages it doesn't work. I have a user that uses the
track changes option in Word and needs it for editing
emails. Is there some other setting that I am missing that
allows using Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages? Any
help would be appreciated.
