Has anyone attempted to do this without setting up a Dual boot session in
VPC? I created a DOS session, installed DOS tools, but 'am copying over the
OS using XCOPY32 and it's taking FOREVER! Is there an easier way?

One option is to use WinPE instead of DOS (the first CD of XP Embedded is a
bootable WinPE) map a drive from your host machine using NET USE and then
copy the image using ROBOCOPY, that will be more reliable than XCOPY.
ROBOCOPY is an utility that can be found in the "Windows Server 2003
Resource Kit Tools" available at

I will look for Robocopy, but I have the MSDN version of WinXPe, so I don't
know if that boots. Will check in 1 minute. Thanks for the info though.
