I have an animated gif file which I made some changes on for my company. I did the edit in Jasc Animation Shop 7. The file when done, runs smoothly in Jasc Animation Shop where I saved it. Prior to this the file has run perfectly in the Windows Viewer, Jasc Pain & Animation Shop 7, MS Internet Explorer, and other
programs.

However, after I did the edits (actually there are two,) neither of them loop continuously in The Windows Viewer. The files work for a second and then stop. Once again all the other programs run them both with no problems.

Since this "viewer" will be the default program for many people recieving the file, it is important that I learn how to correct the problem. Any assistance from out there would be greatly appreciated. Neil Sheppard

I'm thinking your best bet for an
answer would be Jasc Support:
http://www.jasc.com/support/

The following excerpt is from one of their
KB articles:

===
On the Optimization Tab, you'll want to
check all of the options on the Optimizations
(unless you find your animation has troubles
with certain browsers)
===

Maybe you need to uncheck an option.
