Using Windows 2003 Server as a BDC in NT4 domain?

Hi,

I may need to install a new NT4 BDC at remote site. Is it possible for me to
put a Windows 2003 there instead and make this act as a BDC? I wouldn't want
it to take on the role of a PDC.
