Using VBA to colour a cell

I've created a 12 month Calendar

In vba is it possible for example to find Apr 14th then colour red backgound,
and the font to be yellow and bold.

If the above is possible I would like to do 10 which are holiday's

last I would like to put in Jan 7th colour grey backgound,
and the font to be green and bold and every 28 days after the Jan 7th to be
done also.

Create a list of dates of holidays and use a lookup into that list with
conditional formatting

=ISNUMBER(MATCH(A1,M1:M10,0))
