Using VB .NET 2003 project in VB .NET 2002

Some time ago, there was a posting that described how to modify VB .NET 2003
project files so the source could be used in VB.NET 2002.

Involved changing version numbers for the framework in a few files.

Any pointers to documentation on how to do this?

At home I use vb.net 2003 and at school I use vb.net 2002.
When converting from 2003 to 2002 all I do is copy the entire source file
from 2003 and paste on top of all 2002 source.
Porgramatically I'm sure there is a way.....this isn't a bother for me to do
manually though.
