Using two outlooks with pop

I would like to be able to recive email on two computers
using outlook, using a pop server. At the moment only the
first computer to send/recive email gets the email. How
do i set it up so both computers recive all email.

Two different email addresses, or are you using the same one on both?

I would like to use one pop3 email address but on two
different computers. I would need all emails on both
computers

In that case, set each Email Account to keep a copy of the mail on the
server and to delete after so many days.
