Using Tracks Eraser

Is there a way to clear the drop down menu for your user
name in the Internet Explorer log in window for
applications such as gmail notifier and MSN Messenger.
(I'm not sure exactly what this window is called. I
would show a screen shot if I could.)

I have tried the Tracks Eraser, but it does not appear to
be working.

Any help is appreciated.
 
I'm not sure about in MSN Messenger, but for Internet Explorer, go to Tools
Options > Content (tab) > Auto Complete (under "Personal Information"), >
Click to expand...
Clear Forms, under "Use AutoComplete for", you can uncheck what you don't
want forms for such as web addresses, forms, user names and passeords on
forms
