I have an ATI 9000 AIW card. Using Gemstar and VideoCD selection I can
record an hour tv show into about 612,000 KB. However Gemstar has a problem
(which they have acknowledge, but not fixed) they do not display our CBS
station.

If I want to use TitanTV what selection do I use to get an equivalent file.
My choices are Best, Good, Long, Custom. Long gives me a file of about 1
MB with an extension of .vcr

How are you using TitanTV? With UltimateGuide ATI scheduler?
Those setting will correspond with what is listed on the personal video
recorder tab, from the top down. For example, if you have a VCD
profile, load it into the second position on the personal video recorder
tab, and that will correspond with ultimate guide's "good" setting. I
think "good" is the default setting, so whatever quality you want to
record, you should have that particular profile show up in the second
position on the PVR tab.

Clear as mud? I thought so. Let me know if you need clarification.

Thanks, that was the answer. I thought I had tried that, but I guess I
hadn't.

Another question. Is there a way to name the file created when you are
scheduling it???

and how can you see what is scheduled??
