Can page margins be edited if I wanted to modify a theme? Can you use
tables/cells in a theme?

You can set page margins in your theme using CSS
Format Theme Modify / Customize Text more Text styles

Yes you can use tables in page using themes

Sorry, CSS?

Boy I'm having a hard time understanding how to get set up.

Are themes and templates the same? Differences? I see all the themes
when I'm setting up but see no templates on FP, I do see lots of templates
online.

Also I can't find an explanation of dynamic web template, what it is or how
I might use this.

Sorry for being so basic. I've spent tons of time on ms tutorials but this
is not covered as close as I can see.
